“There He is! The Holy Spirit! The Third Person in the Trinity! You can’t see Him? Are you blind? 😊 He’s right there. Clear as day!”
If only it were that easy, right? No, we cannot actually see the Holy Spirit. But we sure can see/hear/feel/know His presence. Frequent touches have been reported at the Gaither Homecoming concerts.
One such touch occurs at the 2:17 mark of the Gaither Vocal Band’s sweet rendition of I Believe in a Hill Called Mount Calvary (brunette in the aqua blue dress). There He is. The Holy Spirit. Clear as day. In the tears of tenderhearted Homecoming Friend Candy Hemphill Christmas.
MULTIPLE SIGHTINGS/SOUNDINGS POSSIBLE FOR THOSE WITH “EYES TO SEE” AND “EARS TO HEAR”
Jesus often spoke of the need for “eyes to see” and “ears to hear” things spiritual (Matthew 13:13-16). To the spiritually trained eye/ear, multiple sightings/soundings of the Holy Spirit can be seen/heard throughout this 3:45 music video. Yes, a Spirit-sighting in the tears of tenderhearted Ms. Christmas at the 2:17 mark. But similar Spirit movings are also occurring in the choir (female in the front row, far left side of the screen at the 2:27 mark). Spirit-soundings also begin reverberating throughout the Georgia Dome already back at the 2:04 mark. And, of course, the cries accompanying all of those raised/waving hands provide numerous additional Spirit-soundings/sightings. Yes, His presence is evident. Clear as day. The Invisible Spirit can clearly be seen/heard throughout this 3:45 music video!
A GAME-CHANGING BOOK HAS ARRIVED
In A Way of Escape, readers learn how to train their eyes/ears to see/hear movings of the Spirit. Readers learn how to step up the degree to which they “walk in the Spirit” (Galatians 5:16) by immersing themselves in these Spirit movings. They learn how eyes/ears trained to see/hear things spiritual can be used to build a library of Spirit-anointed, flesh-diffusing apps. Apps that are uniquely fitted to them, and their unique Spirit-filling triggers (Ephesians 5:18b-19).
I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh (Galatians 5:16).
The still-struggling now have another option. The still-struggling now have fresh hope for discovering that long-sought-after way of escape from sin and temptation (I Corinthians 10:13). A way that—because it is wholly Spirit-powered—does not require enlisting the aid of an accountability partner or group. Truly, a game-changer!
THANK YOU, HOLY SPIRIT!
